The ePortal (the "service") is a connection facility provided by World Vision China Foundation Limited (the “WVC”) for secure remote access and related web application. By using the service, you agree to be bound by the terms of use below. If you do not accept these terms of use, you should not access or use the service.

  1. The service is provided for authorized persons and for the purpose of conducting the WVC business. You must follow any applicable laws and World Vision policies for the time being in force.
  2. All information available in the service shall only be used for authorized purpose(s) of the WVC. Some of the information may be sensitive and must not be disclosed to any third party at any time. These sensitive information ranges from kids profiles, employee records, departmental specific knowledge, new plans, new strategy or new project which the WVC have not yet disclosed publicly. The leaking of such sensitive information to third parties may have legal impacts on the WVC operations.
  3. The WVC will not be liable for any loss or damages in connection with or arising from the use of the service.
  4. The service is grated for your own use only. You should not share your account and the use of the service with others.
  5. You are entirely responsible for any activities that occur under your login account. You agree to notify the WVC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security (including loss or exposure of login user ID and password).
  6. You must close all browsers after use to prevent exposing your personal information or other confidential information.
  7. To avoid the possibility of your ID and password being captured by hacking tools and used by unauthorized users to gain access to the WVC systems, you must not sign in through the service at any computer system in insecure public area (places other than your PC at home or PC provided at partnership).
  8. To protect the WVC computer systems, you must have anti-virus software and security patches installed on your PC at home.
  9. You must not use any administrator IDs with powerful access rights to sign in through the service, unless with prior agreement with the WVC and subject to specific terms and conditions.
